Our Process

1) Customer Contact: You can reach Archangel Remodeling by telephone at (301) 717-3838 or through email at archangelremodeling.com. Once a potential customer has contacted the office, they will receive a response within 24 hours.

2) Quote: Once a customer has described the type of project they would like done, and Archangel representative will arrange a meeting at your convenience to view the workspace and talk with you further about the work you would like performed. After viewing the workspace, you will receive a call or email with a full estimate of the project.

3) Schedule/Contract: Once the price quote is agreed upon, a representative will work with you to schedule a time for your project to be completed. A contract will be drafted and signed by both parties to ensure the requested work is performed at the agreed upon price. An insurance certificate is established in each customer’s name and address to guarantee full legal recovery against any losses or negligence. The job will be scheduled and the contract finalized once the customer agrees to the price quote.

4) Prep: Every effort is made to minimize the impact of the remodeling project on the customer’s daily routine and home, to include the setup of canvas and Zip Walls to through hallways and at entrances/exits, with plastic tarps covering furniture as needed.

5) Execution: Your project will be completed as swiftly as possible, but the amount of time varies considerably depending on the type of work requested and what is convenient for the customer.

6) Conclusion/Cleanup: No job is finalized unless the customer is satisfied with the work that has been performed. Once the customer is satisfied, a final cleanup is performed and business is concluded.

7) Follow-up: An Archangel representative will visit the work site a few days after business is concluded to ensure there are no malfunctions and that no additional maintenance is needed. The company is willing to work with any prior customer should problems occur no matter how much time has elapsed since the job was completed. On a voluntary basis, customers may be asked to provide a written evaluation of Archangel Remodeling’s performance to express satisfaction and encourage business.
